Closed, apparently no one knows what HCT and HSR is in smiting.

Yay Bump.
 Looking for actual HCT+HST requirements kids. Time is running out before I resort to green items or collectors.. :[

i have req 8 smithing rod...it had halves casting time 20%(smithing spells) and halves recharge of spells 10%....let me know if interested
